Who can open an account with Central Pet?
To open an account with Central Pet Australia you will need an ABN and be committed to re-selling the products you purchase from us.
Central Pet Australia is a national wholesaler; therefore there is no supply of product to the general public for their own private use.
How do I open an account with Central Pet?
An online account application form will need to be completed and the original application form sent back by mail to the Credit Officer at Central Pet Australia. Once the account has been opened you will be notified by the accounts department and the account will be active for order placement.

How do I order from Central Pet?
The Central Pet Australia online ordering site is the destination for placing stock orders. The online ordering site allows customers the flexibility and convenience of placing orders at any time. Customers also have visibility on back orders, invoices, order history and pricing as part of their customer log in.

Minimum Order Values and Central Pet's Freight Policy
No. Central Pet Australia does not have a minimum order value.
Central Pet Australia will deliver FREE of any freight or handling charges for orders over $500 + GST for customers in metro area of capital cities excluding NT and TAS.
Invoices under $500 + GST attract a handling fee of $30 + GST.
Minimum order value for regional clients is $1000 + GST. There may also be additional charges for Remote customers.

Central Pet Australia will not deliver to PO Boxes nor to an address where no one is available to accept the delivery.
What if your product is not in stock?
If you order a product that is not in stock the Customer Care team can backorder the product for you, so stock is held for you when the product becomes available. Our Customer Care team and our Online Ordering system are both able to give you an approximate date when stock should be available again. When you next place an order you will be notified of any backorders that are now in stock, and have the option to purchase them. However if you do place an order on back order, you must take the stock.
